Requirements & qualifying for a course
What skill level do I need to attend the course?
You do not need to have a particular skill level to attend any of our training courses.
Please find that you will receive a Skills Assessment two weeks ahead of your training, which will provide the trainer with an insight into your current skill-set so they can prepare for training accordingly. If you have any further questions on this, please contact the team to speak to a Client Relationship Manager.
Is this course suitable for my industry or a small business?
Imparture courses are suitable for all industries within marketing, with our main focus being social and digital media.
Can I attend only one day of the public course?
We recommend that you attend both days of a public workshop. This is to ensure that you are up to speed with the rest of the attendees, and don’t miss out on any crucial information that has already been covered. If are unable to make a training date, please review our Terms and Conditions, and contact us at your earliest convenience.
Do I need to attend all sessions of an online course and can I seat-share with a colleague?
We recommend that you attend all sessions of an online course. This is to ensure that you are up to speed with the rest of the attendees, and don’t miss out on any crucial information that has already been covered.
If for any reason you will be unable to make a particular session, please advise the team in advance. You will be able to request that we record the session for you, so that you can review the class in your own time. Please note, online classes are not recorded by default, unless requested in advance.
