About Imparture courses
Should we split into About workshops and About Online Courses and About Streams?
What is the difference between a public workshop and an online training program?
Imparture online and in-person workshops follow the same synopsis and course content. Online learning is simply a way of studying without needing to attend the workshops in person. The online classes are still live and trainer-led, and are split into 4 sessions, each 2.5 hours long. You will still receive a certificate post training.
Does an online training session take place in my timezone?
Please find that all online courses start at 11am EST (Eastern Time, USA) unless otherwise specified. Please ensure you check what time this will be in your current location to ensure a prompt start. We also run training courses at different times that cater to APAC and EMEA clients, you’ll find these timezones outlined in the course titles. If you need any assistance with choosing the right online course for you, please contact the team. N.B. The start and end time will be the same for each session.
How many other people will be on my course?
The average number of attendees is 8 depending on the topic area, our online classes typically have a higher average of around 10 delegates. Our workshops are designed to create an intimate learning environment to enable one-to-one time with the trainer, roundtable discussions and healthy discourse amongst all in attendance.
Can you deliver training at my office? Do you offer customized training?
Yes, Imparture offers custom on-site training to our clients.
Imparture will work with you and a top-rated trainer to source a training date/s that fit around your schedule. We’ll organize briefing calls between yourself, the trainer, and the Imparture Client Relationship Manager to give you an opportunity to ask questions, and outline your expectations and requirements.
Should you require bespoke training based on your companies’ needs, and prefer the convenience of a trainer travelling to your offices/location, please give the team a call.
What type of delegates will be attending the course?
Delegates that attend Imparture courses work across a range of industries. Our courses are suitable for all types of industries and the content is created with B2B and B2C businesses in mind.
Is the course accredited?
No, our courses are not accredited. Imparture is an independent company and is not affiliated with any other companies or products. We pride our staff and trainers on providing honest, unbiased opinions and advice.
Who are the Imparture trainers?
Imparture trainers are based either in the US or the UK. If you’d like further information on a particular trainer, please find we can send you their Trainer Factsheet, which contains details including past experience and brands they’ve previously worked with.
